All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During product drops, sales, or high order volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package as it makes its way to you.

Shipping Locations

Training Grounds Apparel currently ships within the United States. We may expand to international shipping in the future.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Training Grounds Apparel is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to us and we will help where we can.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed.

Training Grounds Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
