Refund & Return Policy

At Training Grounds Apparel, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In original condition
• Free of stains, odors, or damage
• Returned with original tags (if applicable)

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Final sale items
• Gift cards
• Worn, washed, or damaged apparel

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate an exchange depending on available inventory.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can make it right.
